At SnackFacts, we are committed to protecting your privacy. SnackFacts does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices and your privacy when using our iOS application.

Information We Do NOT Collect

SnackFacts does not collect any personal data or information from you. Specifically:

• No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal identifiers
• No Usage Analytics: We do not track how you use the app or collect usage statistics
• No Device Information: We do not collect device identifiers, location data, or technical information about your device
• No Snacks and Caffeine Data: Your snacks and caffeine intake data stays completely private on your device

How Your Data Works

Since we don't collect any data, here's how SnackFacts works:

• Local Storage Only: All your snacks and caffeine intake data is stored locally on your device
• iCloud Sync (Optional): If you enable iCloud, your data syncs directly between your devices via Apple's secure iCloud service - we never see this data
• No Servers: We don't operate any servers that store or process your information
• Complete Privacy: Your snacks and caffeine tracking remains entirely private to you

Data Storage and Security

Your snacks and caffeine intake data is stored exclusively on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. Security features include:

• Device-Only Storage: All data remains on your device using iOS's secure storage
• Apple's iCloud Security: If you enable iCloud sync, Apple's end-to-end encryption protects your data
• No Third-Party Access: Since we don't collect data, there's no risk of third-party data breaches
• You Control Everything: You can delete all data by deleting the app

Data Sharing

We cannot share what we don't have. Since SnackFacts doesn't collect any data:

• We have no data to sell, trade, or rent to anyone
• No analytics are shared with third parties
• Your snacks and caffeine intake data never leaves your control
• Only you can access your information through the app

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any data, you automatically have complete control:

• Full Data Control: All your data stays on your device under your control
• Easy Deletion: Delete all data by simply deleting the app
• No Opt-Outs Needed: There are no analytics to disable because we don't collect any
• Transparent by Design: What you see in the app is all there is - no hidden data collection

Third-Party Services

SnackFacts does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The only third-party service involved is:

• Apple iCloud (Optional): Only used if you choose to enable iCloud sync for your personal data backup
• App Store: For app distribution, governed by Apple's privacy policy

We specifically do not use services like Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any other tracking technologies.

Children's Privacy

SnackFacts is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. Since we don't collect any personal information from anyone, there's no risk of collecting data from children. However, parents should supervise their children's snacks and caffeine intake and app usage.
